i also used this code:
[flash (480,385)] "value" of the video [/ flash]
(480,385) is the size of the video you want ... Other sizes of the videos are: 425,344 640,505 960,745
when you see the embed format found on youtube, copy and paste it when you reply then you will find value = "https://www.youtube.com/v/cYTlARftzgU&hl=en_US&fs=1 &" ... Put the url after the [flash] code and don't forget to close it by using [/flash] ...
